Clarvida is hiring a part-time Behavioral Consultant for in-community behavioral health services in Mercer County, Pennsylvania, supporting clients ages 2–21. The role involves behavioral assessments, identifying target behaviors, developing and monitoring Individualized Treatment Plans, implementing ABA-aligned interventions under licensed clinical direction, collaborating with families and educators, and providing clinical oversight and documentation. Candidates must meet at least one listed behavioral-health education, certification, or licensure pathway and pass Pennsylvania criminal, child abuse, and FBI clearances. Compensation is $27 per client hour, with higher rates for licensed staff, plus administrative and travel differentials.
