The Behavioral Consultant (BCBA) will be responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring behavioral support interventions, supervising staff, and managing ABA treatments for individuals with intellectual disabilities or comorbid diagnoses. They will create and implement functional behavior assessments, oversee data collection, and ensure compliance with program requirements. The BCBA will also conduct staff training, provide consultation, and participate in team meetings.
