The organization is seeking a Behavioral Department professional to develop and enhance individualized curricula and effective behavioral methodologies using data-driven approaches. The role involves monitoring assessments and behavioral data in E.H.R. systems, collaborating with BCBAs under direct supervision, supporting compliance, quality assurance, onboarding, audits, and accreditations, and coordinating with administrative, agency, and government authorities. The position requires a master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field, along with BCBA certification, and offers a Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule with flexibility as needed.
