Description
Benchmark Health is hiring a contract-based Behavioral Health Advocate to build trusted relationships with patients, provide longitudinal support, screen and assess behavioral health needs, coordinate care with primary care providers and psychiatrists, set measurable goals, use validated screening tools, and maintain audit-ready documentation. The role is a 1099 independent contractor position paid per completed, documented, billable care-management activity, requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of behavioral health experience, and can be performed remotely.
