Benchmark Health is hiring a contract-based Behavioral Health Advocate to build trusted relationships with patients, provide longitudinal support, screen and assess behavioral health needs, coordinate care with primary care providers and psychiatric consultants, set measurable goals, and maintain audit-ready documentation. The role is a 1099 independent contractor position paid per completed, documented, billable care-management activity, requires a bachelor’s degree in a mental-health-related field and 2–5 years of relevant experience, and is remote during Pacific Standard Time hours.
