Description
The Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) in Admissions at Belmont Behavioral Health System provides personal care services to patients under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership. This role focuses on ensuring patient safety, well-being, and a supportive environment, while also conducting safety checks, documenting clinical information, assisting with daily living activities, facilitating educational groups, and interacting with patients to encourage treatment goal achievement. The position is PRN (as needed) on Saturdays, from 7 am to 7 pm, and is located in a new facility in Philadelphia.
