Vynca is hiring a hybrid Behavioral Health Case Manager for its Enhanced Care Management team in Los Angeles County, California. The role serves as the client’s primary care contact, coordinates providers and benefits, develops care plans, advocates for members, connects clients to social and community services, conducts outreach, documents progress, and maintains electronic records. The position requires travel throughout the Los Angeles area up to five days per week, with candidates residing within 20 miles of the assigned territory. An active California clinical license and at least one year of relevant care-management or community-health experience are required; bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred.
