Vynca is hiring a Behavioral Health Care Manager, internally titled Clinical Lead Care Manager, for its Enhanced Care Management team in Riverside County, California. The hybrid role coordinates client care across physical, mental health, substance use, palliative, memory, and social-service needs; develops care plans; advocates with providers; connects clients to community resources; documents progress in EMR and CRM systems; and completes reporting. The position requires travel throughout the Riverside County area up to five days per week, with candidates residing within 20 miles of the assigned territory. An active California clinical license and at least one year of relevant care-management experience are required, while bilingual English-Spanish ability is strongly preferred. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for offers signed by September 30, 2026.
