The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, creating functional layouts integrating therapeutic design principles, developing evidence-based design solutions, and ensuring client and staff safety. The designer will apply sustainable design practices, conduct facility assessments, create detailed space planning documentation, and mentor team members.
