Nexus Family Healing is hiring a full-time Behavioral Health Practitioner for its 13-bed youth crisis and stabilization center in Hennepin County. The role works the third shift from 10:00 p.m. to 8:30 a.m., Thursday through Sunday, at 1800 Chicago Avenue in Minneapolis, and pays $22–$24 per hour. Responsibilities include supporting clients’ therapeutic plans, mentoring and supervising residents, implementing treatment plans, maintaining safety, collaborating with families, and assisting with activities and transportation. Candidates must be at least 21, hold a valid driver’s license, complete therapeutic crisis intervention training, pass a DHS background check, and meet one of several behavioral sciences education or supervised-experience qualifications. The position also requires assistance with physical interventions and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
