ERC Pathlight is hiring Program Coordinators I, II, and III to provide direct care, supervision, milieu support, meal support, group facilitation, documentation, and transportation for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. The roles require varying levels of education and behavioral-health experience, with PC I requiring a high school diploma or GED, PC II requiring one year of direct patient care experience, and PC III requiring a bachelor’s degree and six months of behavioral-health experience. The positions may be assigned to local sites and require availability for weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
