Description
The part-time Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Case Manager supports employees receiving behavioral health services through the DOE Hanford Site Occupational Medical Services program. The role coordinates care among clinicians, Occupational Health staff, community providers, and other resources; develops case plans; supports return-to-work, leave-related, and fitness-for-duty processes; provides referrals and transition-of-care assistance; conducts behavioral health education and outreach; manages confidential records; and contributes to quality assurance and departmental activities. The position is based at an off-site occupational medicine clinic in Richland, Washington, and pays $30–$35 per hour with medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, and other benefits.
