Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is hiring a full-time Behavioral Health Specialist for the Adolescent Psychiatry unit at College Hill Campus. The role involves milieu management, leading and co-leading group programming, implementing individualized care plans and token economy systems, documenting patient behavior and safety events, and providing direct care to youth in crisis within an interdisciplinary team. The position is rotating day/evening, 32 hours per week at 0.8 FTE, with full-time benefits eligibility and a starting pay range of $21.00 to $24.05 per hour or $21.00 to $25.72 per hour depending on the listed section of the posting.
