Description
The Behavioral Health Specialist – Float provides therapeutic group facilitation, self-monitoring, activity-group support, therapeutic meal support, milieu support, skills coaching, and documentation for clients in PHP, inpatient, and residential settings. The role floats across sites or departments as needed, requires a bachelor’s degree in a mental or behavioral health field and at least one year of direct patient care experience, and offers a $26.40–$29.70 annual compensation range with full-time 40-hour scheduling, occasional weekend coverage, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
