Description
The Behavioral Health Technician supports residential and inpatient eating-disorder clients by facilitating therapeutic groups, assisting with care plans and programming, supporting meals, outings, recreation, and recovery-oriented activities, monitoring bathroom and exercise use, documenting observations, and enforcing policies. The role is full-time at 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) on a rotating third shift from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with rotating weekends and holidays pending staff needs. Compensation is $18.00–$22.00 per hour, and the position offers HSA/PPO, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
