The Behavioral Tech provides safe, secure, and comforting support for clients receiving treatment. Responsibilities include assisting with daily needs, monitoring patients and recording observations, diffusing potentially harmful situations, alerting medical professionals in emergencies, and maintaining confidentiality. The role requires a clean driving record and scheduling flexibility; behavioral health experience and a driver's license are preferred. It offers health benefits, paid time off, and sick time, and is available as part-time or full-time with 8- or 12-hour shifts.
