Woodland Springs is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician in Conroe, Texas, to support the therapeutic milieu under the direction of a registered nurse. The role involves patient safety monitoring, vital signs, specimen collection, documentation, group education, activities of daily living, crisis intervention, de-escalation, admissions support, and unit safety checks. The schedule is 3x12 nights from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with CPR and de-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior experience in psychiatric, chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, or geriatric healthcare is preferred.
