Description
The Behavioral Health Technician supports a residential and inpatient eating-disorder treatment milieu by facilitating therapeutic groups, assisting clients with eating-disorder management, participating in meals and recreation, monitoring bathroom and exercise use, documenting observations, enforcing policies, and completing room checks. The role is full-time at 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) on the second shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with rotating weekends and holidays required. Compensation is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, and the position offers HSA/PPO, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
