Description
The Behavioral Health Technician monitors and supports adolescent clients in a residential eating-disorder treatment setting, assists with community adjustment and eating-disorder management, participates in care planning and programming, supports therapeutic meals and recreation, documents observations, monitors bathroom and exercise use, and enforces resident policies. The role is full-time at 0.8 FTE across day and evening shifts, requires a high school diploma or GED with one year of mental health experience or a bachelor’s degree in mental health with 0–1 year of experience, and offers a starting hourly range of $18.00–$21.00 plus health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
