Description
The Behavioral Health Technician supports residential and inpatient eating-disorder clients by facilitating therapeutic activity groups, assisting with care plans and programming, supporting meals, outings, recreation, and recovery-oriented activities, monitoring bathroom and exercise use, documenting observations, and enforcing resident policies. The role is full-time at 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) on the first shift from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with rotating weekends and holidays as needed, and pays $18.00–$22.00 per hour. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or higher, relevant healthcare experience, a bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field, and previous direct mental health experience are preferred.
