Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions is hiring a full-time Behavioral Health Technician to support individuals in residential treatment and recovery. The role involves monitoring client progress, completing billing and documentation, coordinating care with clinical and medical teams, maintaining client records, de-escalating crises, assisting with meals and housekeeping, and participating in clinical activities. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, prior client-advocate or PCA experience, electronic health records knowledge, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and must pass background and drug checks; CDCA and Serve Safe certification are desired. The schedule is primarily first shift from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with compensation of $17.00 to $24.81 per hour.
