MIND 24-7 is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician in Phoenix, Arizona, for a day-shift schedule of 3/12s from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. The role supports patients in crisis stabilization and psychiatric care by monitoring safety, conducting security screenings, de-escalating behavior, assisting with activities of daily living, collecting clinical data, documenting observations in the electronic health record, and supporting facility operations.
