Description
The Behavioral Health Worker provides therapeutic interventions, individual, group, and family therapy, case management, crisis intervention, assessments, medication support, documentation, and discharge planning for clients. The role also coordinates with schools, agencies, and community providers, supports family members, and provides transportation when needed. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a recognized clinical discipline or an equivalent foreign degree, one year of behavioral-health or social-science experience, Basic Life Support, and a driver’s license. The schedule is full-time, days, with 72 hours every two weeks and work on alternate weekends and holidays from 0700 to 1930.
