The Behavioral Health Technician supports residential and inpatient eating-disorder clients by facilitating therapeutic activity groups, assisting with care plans and programming, supporting meals, outings, recreation, and recovery-oriented activities, monitoring bathroom and exercise use, documenting observations, and enforcing resident policies. The role is full-time at 0.6 FTE (20 hours per week) on a rotating 10 p.m.–6:30 a.m. third shift, with rotating weekends and holidays pending staff needs.
