Description
The Behavioral Health Therapeutic Program Worker supports individuals affected by mental health and substance use disorders through treatment-plan development, charting and documentation, patient-group activities, transport to off-site appointments, and appropriate interventions. The role is based at Central Ohio Behavioral Healthcare in Columbus, Ohio, with afternoon and evening shifts, weekend rotations, and a minimum of 17 weekends off per year. It is an hourly position with a pay range of 7 on the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule, requires a 4-week training or orientation, and offers medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, and other benefits.
