Inova is hiring a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist I for its Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program at the Keller Center in Fairfax, Virginia. The role provides care coordination, therapeutic interventions, psychoeducational programming, and behavioral interventions to patients and families, with clinical supervision and core hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Applicants need a relevant master's degree or higher, two years of mental health or substance use disorder treatment experience, required certifications, and an active clinical license; adolescent-patient experience is preferred.
