Description
The Behavioral Health Therapist will serve as part of The Wonderful Company’s onsite primary care team in Lost Hills, California, providing patient-centered mental health and substance-use care, screening, education, brief interventions, medication-support, referrals, documentation, and follow-up. The role requires a current or valid California LCSW or LMFT license, fluent Spanish, and collaboration with primary care providers, psychiatric consultants, and community services; travel is required to several wellness centers and mobile clinics. The position pays $90,000–$100,000 annually, includes a discretionary bonus and monthly car allowance, and offers medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
