Description
Monarch Healthcare is hiring a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist IV to provide outpatient behavioral health services to people of all ages in North Carolina and/or Rhode Island. The role includes diagnostic interviews, individual, group, and family therapy, psychiatric crisis assessment and intervention, crisis stabilization, service coordination, medical-record maintenance, referrals, clinical consultation, quality improvement, and community travel. A master's degree in Human Services and one associate-level behavioral health license are required; prior counseling or therapy experience is not required. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a minimum salary of $55,000 and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
