Description
The Behavioral Health Services Specialist develops and monitors behavior modification programs for children with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disabilities, trains and mentors childcare workers, participates in case reviews, provides therapeutic consultation, maintains records, and collaborates with educational, psychiatric, and agency-wide behavioral health teams. The role requires a master’s degree in psychology, at least one year of experience with the intellectually disabled population, strong communication and computer skills, and is full-time, in-person, and scheduled for an evening Monday-to-Friday shift with weekends as needed.
