Description
Cortica is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role involves implementing positive behavior strategies, using evidence-based practices, documenting session data, collaborating with families and supervisors, and following crisis protocols. Candidates should have experience working with children, a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to obtain a BCAT credential within 90 days, weekday-afternoon or evening availability, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with pay of $23.62 to $31.69 per hour.
