Nexu is hiring a Behavioral Researcher to lead end-to-end behavioral research for its fintech and automotive-finance business. The role analyzes qualitative and quantitative data, designs research and usability tests, conducts interviews and field research, applies behavioral frameworks to synthesize actionable insights, and presents findings to technical and non-technical audiences. The position requires autonomous cross-functional collaboration, strong communication and systems-thinking skills, and availability to work in person in Mexico City, with hybrid work, a performance bonus, benefits, and direct employment on payroll.
