The Behavioral Services Specialist develops and implements positive behavioral support plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities served by Community Services Group (CSG). The role involves conducting functional behavior assessments, monitoring progress through on-site visits and data collection, creating individualized behavior support plans, training support staff, and maintaining compliant documentation. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field plus several years of direct experience supporting individuals with mental illness or intellectual and developmental disabilities, along with a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
