Description
The Behavioral Specialist provides Early Intervention Services and/or Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children ages 0–17 and their families, conducts behavioral assessments, develops SMART goals and positive behavior supports, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, maintains case documentation, and works independently in homes, community, and treatment settings. The role reports to a Lead Clinician, requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and one to two years of related experience or training, and offers a Riverside salary of $25.48–$26.44 with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
