Monarch Healthcare is hiring a Behavioral Specialist to support individuals with mental health diagnoses, intellectual or developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders. The role provides person-centered advocacy, community participation, emotional, physical, and social support, individualized planning, documentation, household assistance, transportation, safety training, resource access, and staff mentoring. It requires a high school diploma and a valid United States driver's license, offers 10 scheduled weekly hours Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., and pays a minimum of $15.50.
