LifeStream is hiring a Behavioral Specialist for part-time and full-time schedules to support individuals with disabilities in residential and community settings. The role includes assisting with personal care, skill training, medication administration, documentation, safety planning, community inclusion, and reporting concerns, while maintaining PABC certification and required behavioral training. Applicants must complete the LifeStream Behavioral Specialist Training Program, hold required certifications and competencies, demonstrate proficiency with Positive Behavior Support Plans, maintain an acceptable CORI and fingerprinting, have a valid driver’s license, pass a drug screen, use a personal vehicle for work, and have a high school diploma or GED; prior autism-spectrum experience is preferred.
