Brighter, Stronger Foundation is hiring a part-time Therapeutic Behavioral Support Counselor in Baltimore, Maryland. The role provides individual or group treatment for youth ages 4 to 21, implements behavioral, life-skills, social-skills, communication, self-help, and play programs under direct supervision, collects data on target behaviors, and meets regularly with supervisors. The position offers flexible telehealth, in-home, office, or combined settings, W2 or 1099 employment options, health insurance for W2 employees, training, and $18–$25 per hour.
