Description
The Program Manager oversees and develops psycho-social care for students in a school setting, supervising Behavior Specialists, Clinical Care Coordinators, and other ICAN staff. The role manages program budgets, coordinates with school personnel and mental health professionals, supports crisis debriefing and training, monitors program processes such as home visitations and CAFAS tracking, assists with family outreach and resource linkage, maintains documentation and statistics, and provides consultation to schools. A master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or a related field is preferred, along with 1–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience; experience working with students with severe emotional and behavioral problems is required.
