Description
The Behavioral Technician implements Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) behavior management programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities. The role involves building therapeutic relationships, teaching replacement behaviors, collecting behavior data, documenting progress and incidents, supporting families and staff, scheduling leisure activities, and participating in clinical meetings. A high school diploma is required, while RBT credential and related-field experience are preferred; current CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver’s license are also required.
