Outwood Grange Academy is hiring a permanent Behaviour and Alternative Provision Coordinator to support students facing behavioural, social, emotional, or other challenges that may put them at risk of suspension. The role involves one-to-one and small-group support, guided teaching, targeted academic, social, and emotional interventions, monitoring progress, and helping students reintegrate into mainstream lessons. It requires substantial experience working directly with children or young people, strong relationship-building and boundary-setting skills, and effective communication with students, colleagues, and families. The position is based in Outwood, Wakefield, pays £25,693.38 to £26,539.62 plus benefits, and runs 37 hours per week during term time.
