arc programs is hiring a full-time Behaviour Interventionist based out of the Family Connection Centre in Kelowna. The role works with children and youth ages 0–18 with autism, neurodiversity, developmental delays, or complex support needs, implementing positive behaviour support plans, providing in-home or in-centre consultation and education, supporting families, and delivering community-based interventions. The position averages 37.5 hours per week and pays $25.90–$30.00 based on experience and education. A diploma or certificate in a relevant discipline is preferred, and candidates need a valid British Columbia driver’s licence, regional insurance, a reliable personal vehicle, and experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
