Ability Action Australia is hiring an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner for its North Brisbane team to support NDIS participants, families, and carers through assessment, person-centred planning, evidence-based support planning, goal development, and positive behaviour support in the home and community. The role requires current Proficient-level suitability confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, NDIS report-writing experience, and strong organisational and people skills; a degree-level allied health qualification is preferred.
