Outcomes Connect Australia is hiring a Behaviour Support Practitioner to support NDIS participants, families, and carers in identifying needs, developing person-centred goals, delivering evidence-based support plans, and building the capacity of support networks. The role is based in Mullumbimby or within 30 minutes by car, offers flexible scheduling and remote or community-based work, and includes clinical supervision, professional development, and salary plus super and wellbeing benefits.
