The Front Desk Agent provides prompt and courteous service to guests, familiarizes incoming guests with the property, assists with luggage and driving requests, handles check-in and checkout, tags and distributes baggage, orients guests to the lodge and facilities, and shows rooms and the property to visitors. The role requires guests to be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
