Description
The Dietary Aid supports residents at Bellevue Senior Living by preparing, delivering, and serving meals according to prescribed dietary requirements and menus. The role also maintains kitchen and dining-area sanitation, monitors food inventory, and assists with food storage, dishwashing, and other dietary-team tasks. Candidates need attention to detail, food-safety knowledge, physical stamina, and strong communication; prior dietary or food-service experience, familiarity with special diets, flexible availability, and patience with elderly or medically fragile populations are preferred.
