Description
The Bellperson, also described as a Bell/Valet Attendant, provides guest service at the Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU by assisting with luggage, deliveries, reservations, taxis, and guest directions; maintaining bell carts and the storage closet; coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments; resolving guest complaints; and supervising and training bell staff. The role requires at least 21 years of age, previous luxury hotel experience, strong customer service and communication skills, flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
