Bethel.regional is hiring a BEM (Workplace Integration) Reference Officer in Bielefeld to independently manage and coordinate the BEM process under § 167 SGB IX, conduct workplace-design meetings, advise employees and managers, coordinate with external and internal partners, develop workplace-integration processes, and prepare case-related reports. The role requires a degree or comparable qualification in Social Work or Health Management, practical BEM or individual case-management experience, willingness to travel, and strong communication and consultation skills. It is a permanent, part-time position of up to 31.20 hours per week, with a starting gross salary of approximately €4,871 per month based on two years of relevant professional experience.
