Wonder is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff development, recruitment and training, operational goals, sales and service efficiency, inventory, food safety, and customer service. The role requires at least two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience, the ability to manage teams of 15 or more, and availability for night and weekend shifts. The position is a bench role with a home location to be determined within 40 miles of Baltimore, Maryland, and offers a salary range of $62,000 to $71,500 per year plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
