Description
Staples is hiring a Bench General Manager to provide retail leadership while traveling among multiple stores until a permanent role becomes available. The position oversees store operations, merchandise sales, print and marketing services, technical services, business-to-business relationships, customer service, community engagement, team development, profitability, margins, and operational excellence. It requires at least one year of progressively responsible retail store management experience, strong analytical and financial skills, consultative selling experience, leadership and conflict-management abilities, and the physical ability to lift materials and remain active throughout the workday.
