Description
Pathway is seeking a Benchmark Engineer to design and execute rigorous benchmarks and define dataset standards. This role involves collaborating with the R&D team to build evaluation infrastructure, identifying and prioritizing benchmarks, evaluating their suitability, running benchmarks to validate setups and uncover edge cases, and tracking results. The successful candidate will contribute to demos and public-facing proof points based on benchmark outcomes, playing a key role in defining and driving the benchmarking process for AI model evaluation.
