Description
The Winchester Department of Social Services is seeking a Benefit Programs Supervisor to oversee and support a team of Benefit Programs Specialists. The supervisor will manage daily workflow, assign caseloads, and ensure staff have proper guidance and training for accurate eligibility decisions. They will monitor case quality, communicate policy changes, collaborate with community partners and inter-agencies, invest in staff development, and ensure operational management and compliance.
